Have a crazy ex and a friend gave me a little spy camera that records video and audio to turn on in the event he ever stops by. I don’t think the audio portion is legal in MD, but in the event something terrible happens and it were actually recorded, could I (or my family) use the recordings against him in court….perhaps removing the audio portion just so that it would be acceptable?

Two days ago, I was attempting to log in to World of Warcraft, (don’t laugh) when my password was not working for me. I checked that caps lock was OFF and I retyped it several times. This was kinda suspicious, but I went and reset my password for my battlenet, because there is no required prompting for the current password to change it (crappy security, I know). Anyway, I didn’t think of it again just assuming I was making a mistake earlier. Until today, I attempt to log on to my email that was linked to that account, and it had a changed password. I recovered it also, and checked my battlenet again. Both were changed again. So I used the Windows Virtual Keyboard, and re-did all my account security. Then I installed AVG Internet Security 9, did a full thorough scan, and came up with nothing. Not even a trace of anything. My password was same for both accounts, and the hacker/keylogger/phisher didnt have to provide any other info besides the email, and the first and last name (which the email happens to consist of) to change it. So was it simply someone hacked my password? (Because it was a 12 character string of random letters and numbers), Or do I have a keylogger that even the paid version of AVG cannot pick up? Should I continue to use the virtual keyboard? When will I know my accounts are safe and I can use my keyboard?

I downloaded refog employee key logger on to my computer and it enables me to use it on the net work so I can monitor all computers on my network. However the website that I downloaded from does have a step by step instruction on how to put it on the domain network. But its not for vista. I have tried to contact the company several times but its only by email and they dont have a phone number. Also a window keeps popping up… Its like a admin rights window with a lock and key icon in the left corner and asks for a user name and password. Idk what it is… If there is someone out there that can help me with this Id really appreciate it. Also if at all possible I would like a phone call to help walk me through this. unfortunatly my mom and dad are a bit overprotective and wont let me get a tattoo. im not sure why though. the guy i want to do it is my uncle who is really talented, so its not a trust thing. and its gunna be on my right shoulder blade so its concielable. and ive thaught abouth this scince i was 12 so ive definatly thaught it through. can anyone give me an idea to help me convince her?
